for Sales / Business development Engineers to drive sales across Industrial and defence sectors.

We are looking for Candidates with following responsibility.
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR find Administrative Activities.
• Manual Attendance and late coming checking with Security Records.
• Housekeeping Management, talking to the team and verification of cleanliness.
• Canteen Management.
• Security Management.

• Reception and Visitor Management.
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in Relyon Software and submitting monthly reports of employees and their status.

• Implement effective processes for sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques for high quality human resources.
• Collecting Manpower requirements and recruiting through various channels and maintaining optimal strength.
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR offer and appointment letters / documents / certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
• Payroll data preparation by collecting and combining bio-metric and manual attendance data with absences, bonus, leaves, etc.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary.

• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities

Requirements :
• Proven experience as a relevant human resources & administrative position.
• Computer Skill (MS Office, Excel, Power Point).
• Training on Biometric & Reylon or equivalent Payroll software.
• Knowledge of Industrial, labor laws, ESI and PF.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Accounting Knowledge.

Job Description
Create Strong Market Presence for MicroLOGIX Products and service business
Proactive approach in enquiry generation and follow through to convert in to orders
Prospect new customers and develop strong relationships with the existing ones
Locate or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and
exploring opportunities
Achieve business plan sales goals as assigned
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
integrating contract requirements with business operations
Effective provision of sales data, including the timely recording of visits and analysis of
sales performance.
Receivables management in the assigned territory.
Should meet the potential customers with prior appointments on daily basis and introduce
the company product range.
Address any technical or commercial clarifications from the customers. Fully participate

presentations etc)
